Overlooking the beautiful Cervinia valley, the panoramic restaurant of the White Angel Hotel offers traditional and Mediterranean dishes, revisited in a gourmet way. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and to start it better, from 7.30 to 9.30 served a rich breakfast buffet. The choice is varied: many different types of bread to go with the Km0 jams of Valle d’Aosta or sweet honey directly in the comb.
A wide selection of sweet and baked products, such as croissants, biscuits, muffins, saccottini and cakes prepared with love by our Pastry Chef.
There is no lack of space for savory products, such as cold meats and cold cuts, salmon, selected cheeses, salads and a special menu dedicated to eggs, with prepared dishes at the moment by our chefs and particularly appreciated by our guests. Do not miss fresh fruit and syrup, freshly squeezed fruit juices, products for vegans, gluten-free and hypoglycemic.
For lunch you can take advantage of the lounge bar and the panoramic terrace, equipped with tables, sofas and deckchairs and direct access from the ski slope (3BIS). Every day you will find delicious proposals for a quick and tasty light lunch.

The method of selecting wines marries the cooking philosophy of our Chef, a network of relationships with small quality producers allows our Maitre & Sommelier to place alongside the large labels even less known bottles, but of considerable interest.
360 are the selected labels, which thanks to the great passion of Maitre, makes the wine card always in constant motion, embracing the Valdostan territory and pushing beyond national borders.
Finally, two tasting itineraries are offered in combination, both dedicated to two important singers of Italian music, Fabrizio De André and Rino Gaetano.
The first, “e ‘nt’a barca du vin ghe naveghiemu” taken from the beautiful song “Crêuza de mä by Fabrizio De André, completely dedicated to the world of wine, while in second, “hand to hand … experimenting! “ taken from the song “A mano A mano” by the singer-songwriter Rino Gaetano, it represents the union between the world of wine and Mixology. Both paths are a life experience, which will involve all the senses!
